The Europaeum is pleased to invite applications for a new collaboration
with the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) [1].
Now in its second decade, the CEPS annual Ideas Lab continues to be one
of the most influential public policy events in Brussels. It brings
together policy-makers, researchers, business leaders, and civil society
to debate the major challenges and opportunities facing Europeans via
open, forward-looking, and interdisciplinary exchanges. Speakers include
European Commissioners, Members of the European Parliament, ambassadors,
prominent academics, and leaders of industry from across Europe and
beyond.
The Europaeum intends to take a group of postgraduate scholars to the
Lab where they will be able to engage with the more than 200 speakers
and 800 participants.
All students currently enrolled on Master's or PhD courses at a
Europaeum member university [2] are eligible to apply for this event.
Successful candidates will be provided with accommodation and
subsistence free of charge and will be reimbursed reasonable travel
expenses within Europe.
Applications should include a completed Europaeum application form [3],
a brief CV, a cover letter or statement of purpose (up to 500 words),
and a reference letter you're your supervisor or academic advisor, all
sent to applications@europaeum.org.
Deadline for submission of applications and abstracts: 20 January 2026.
